The UNITE rulebook, as updated by the special Rules Conference on 4th June 2010, is now available for download from the "structure" section of the union web site.
Don't be fooled by the incorrect front-page, this is the updated version, with changes in Rule 14 to allow the election of the new UNITE Executive Council.
This bit of the web site is also useful in that includes the "EC Guidance" issued over the interpretation and implementation of various rules, including Standing Orders for various lay committees.
